tried disabling "Enhanced PCI to USB sa device manager - sometimes this happens pagnagloloko ung device, ayaw nya gana sa usb 2.0 but it does wif 1.0

hopefully this is the case. otherwise post the SS for more info

i mentioned this before sa isang query na pagnagdisable ka baba ung transfer rate ng usb mo. fyi
jsut re-enable it if need 1mb+

then its more of a driver corruption - kasi nagana pa kamo after reinstalling dashboard/device driver. OR baka malapit na magbyebye ung usb bka nagloloko na hehe

have you tried downloading the latest driver/Firwmware from the provider website ?
then manual upgrade mo ung driver via device manager - hope it helps
