I beg to disagree. The moment you provide info to do something îllégâl you become an accessory to the crime and is liable for it lalo na if there are evidences that points to you being a participant of the crime. Please stop spreading infos without researching first.

True, but it depends on the context of the information you have given. If that specific information you have given aids to the îllégâl activities of the criminal, then in by no means, you are also legible for your act.


For example:
Pentesting is taught online. You can easily get instructions on how to do them. Pentesting is îllégâl when you're doing it without authorization. If with authorization, it is indeed legal to do so. Well, unless you participate in a crime in which you've taught a person how to do îllégâl activities, then of course you are bound to be liable.

As for what context the OP is asking about, it totally depends on the scenario. So it will fall under the bounds of being legal and îllégâl.
