🔒 Closed Asus ROG Strix B450-F Gaming Motherboard

I was looking at the specs of it and I’m confused as to what frequency of RAM it can support. It says 4400 Mz overclocked but does that mean I can’t use 3600 Mz? I’m going to be using a 3600x cpu and want to use as fast RAM as I can. I’ve also seen people say the VRM gets too hot. Should I worry about this? This is my first build so I’m not sure on everything.
