you cant kill it because it was build in on windows 
at saka hindi virus yan 
its just an auto running script
at saka hindi virus yan its just an auto running scriptbest way to halt autorun.inf is to override/modify it if you think those automatic scripts are infected, pero hindi ganoon kadaling i-edit si autorun kasi di siya regular file, kaya kailangan pang mag change permission sa cmd, or just connect it to MTP gaya ng android / ios

I highly recommend ρáíd Bitdefender or premium trial, then mag full system scan ka.
