🔒 Closed Globe at Home: Strong LTE signal but zero downlink

Hello all. I'm sure this may have been asked and answered but my Tagalog....

For about a month now my Globe internet has been crappy. Only seems to be decent late at night through early morning. It would seem it's a simple case of too many users but my router shows my downlink data at zero mbps. Uplink looks normal. See attached. It seems like Globe is intentionally shutting down the downlink. It will stay this way for about 15 minutes then run normally for about 2 minutes then crap out again. Is this normal? Our internet is usually okay (11mbps up / 8mbps down).
