Hello friends,
i am new to this site.i am using bm622m 2012 modem.its was working fine before.but last few days the connection always limited or no connectivity.Is that modem defected or computer problem.looking for advice thanks in advance...

Ow but the Modem is Connected in the Internet ? Are You Sure your modem is ok ? Try to acces 192.168.254.1

open cmd then type netstat -an or ipconfig default IP 192.168.254.1 but if the IP is 169.254 or 69.69.69.101 ur modem is defected

Thanks for good answer.when i checked it shows ip address 169,254.32.60.How i can reconnect the modem?

aw remoted... try to reflash your firmware..
