Malakas naman po ako kumain pero parang di naman ako tumataba. Any suggestions po na vitamins or routine?
 
Try to go to the gym then take supplements such as whey protein etc! 👌

Try mo mag research sa youtube ng home workout like pushup. Then later on pwede ka mag gym para ma-build ng maayos ang muscles mo. Then damihan mo kain ng calories and enough protein, and good fats, at kailangan may enough sleep ka at least 7 hrs. a day. Importante ang tulog para sa restoration ng muscles mo para mag grow.

Ito ang result ko, nagsimula ako sa home workout then later on ng gym na ako. Saka kapag beginner ka pa lang huwag ka uminom ng mga supplements, i-build mo muna katawan sa clean foods. Ako never pa ako nag take ng any supppements like whey and amino meron kasi adverse effects yan.
