Ano po tong amd smbus at ano magagawa niya dito at paki explain po kung ano yan nasa red circle. Meaning ba meron akong smbus pero wala pang drivers?

The AMD SMBus driver is the System Management Bus driver from AMD.

Chances are that you already have the driver installed on your system, and this is just an upgrade for it. It's totally safe to install if it comes from the Windows Updates. You can install it if you wish. Personally, I never install drivers from Windows Updates since they are known to have issues sometimes. If I ever need to install a driver, I install it directly from the device's manufacturer website, or my computer/laptop manufacturer's website, for my specific model.
