I don't think so. We're talking about top 10 corrupt countries in the world here. If you compare our country with the countries listed in the top 10, I think it is pretty much accurate to say the least.

Iba yung corruption sa kanila compared sa atin, centralized (dictatorship) dito naman satin decentralized democratic corruption o halos karamihan ay corrupt hindi sila allies pero same lang yung goals nila na "magnakaw" kaya walang laglagan or meron damage control or kung malala kulong pero laya.
