❓ Help Visual on Post Numbering

Dear Administration,

Requesting for post to have their dedicated ascending numbers which everyone can see,
first post can have "#1" on upper right side, second have "#2" and so on, idk how small, its up to you guys.


Reason of Request: Can be handly SPECIALLY on hosting giveaways via random.org platform, we dont need to count manually.
