Share ko lang, I recently attended a conference on infrastructure and one of the speakers was the undersecretary of the Department of Information and Communications Technology. Yung presentation niya was all about the the agency's plans on improving the current internet situation of the country - as in madaming plans on going digital, which means madami ding plans for the internet connection since how can we go digital if mabagal net diba?? So anyway, it was very promising. At least there were concrete plans. Though plans palang, let's all hope for the best!! Konting kembot nalang mga bessy!!!!
