pwede po pero may chances na ioopen ba ang subjects ng first sem o hindi? the factor is number of students for the subject to be open. hindi naman pwed iopen ang subject for one student only. depende sa school kung ilang minimum students to open the subject. another problem is if a teacher is available for that reopening of subject.
