We still have not heard anything from the NBI. This is disappointing for several reasons because the actions of a few individuals caused our company and you as members a great deal of harm. We will give them until the end of the week to answer our complaint. However, if they do not, we will no longer wait on them.

We care deeply for our Filipino PayBud Family and understand the holidays are coming. On Monday, we will release our official plan, procedures and timeline for us to begin making PayPal payments in the Philippines again. This plan will be in compliance with PayPal International and our legal department's recommendations on how to safely resume PayPal payments. Certain verification procedures will need to be implemented.
