1. D*wnload the attachment below.

2. Create a folder on the Drive C:\ Name it as PSIPHONCMDStyleVersion2

3. Extract PSIPHONCMDStyleVersion2.rar to the folder.

4. Double-click PSIPHONCMDStyleVersion2.reg (Registration Entries/Registry)

5. Click Yes.

6. Open PSIPHON CMD Style v2.exe

7. 3 windows will appear (a. meek.exe ; b. Polipo ; c. PSIPHON CMD Style v2.exe)

8. Go to window a. See the meek port.

9. Go to window b. Press ENTER.

10. Go to window c. Enter the meek port that you see on window a.

11. Wait to connect.

12. Browser/IDM Settings: HTTP Proxy: 127.0.0.1 Port: 8080 ; SOCKS Proxy: 127.0.0.1 Port: 1080
