There was an incident that happened here at Gate-2 while ASIAPRO maintenance (insert name male) (leadman) and his crew were jacking-up THHN/THWN 125mm cable wire using TC55 T-2, operated by (insert name male). The said equipment broke loose to its bind from the THHN/THWN 125mm cable and it fell to the ground floor. There are no workers hurt during and after the incident.
