Ask lang mga master kung normal lang yung 18k sa programmer entry level ? 30k kase asking ko hanggang ganito kababa nagetiate. Maganda na kaya kung exp lang habol ?

- pag big companies. i will say 3-5-10 years. and dapat reasonable yun pag alis mo at maganda referral mo sa past boss.

- technically it depends on the company na applyan mo. they may require you to have years of experience sa position na iyon. usually 2 minimum or 5 maximum.
- also salary depends on your past experience on the same field. for example offer is 30-40k pesos. 40k maybe is for the 5year experience qualified applicant.

- entry level it means 0-5 years experience sa field na papasukan. kunwari 20 years working experience pero no experience in programming field eh may chance entry level ka pa rin. "experience" means "company experience" or "working experience"
- no problem with experience as habol. pero take note future companies will look at your cv/resume. pag nakita nila puro lipat or short term ka lang sa past companies mo eh mgdadalawang isip din sila ihire ka.

- 1-3-5 years. again it depends on the situation. pero bago ka mag resign, i recommend to check first sa applyan na bagong company kung ano requirements nila kunwari need nila ng 2years of experience.
- growth usually depends on size of your company. diyan mo makikita kung may totoong growth. if you are in a small company, eh obviously kaunti lang ang position for you to step-up. but if you are working with a bigger company like 100-500 employees, sure ball ka for growth as long as ginalingan mo.
