❓ Help Globe Home Wifi Unpaid bills

Recently i recieved a mail from globe associates asking me to pay for the bill which was 9months ago, we were not using it and it was disconnected. The sum of the amount is 12k+, they gave me 5days to think about it otherwise they have to proceed legally, as I'm a foreigner i don't know these kind of rules here. So what happens if i fail to pay that amount, do i have to mind it? Did anyone received the same mail's so far? Thank you in advance.

I really don't have any proofs of disconnection infact it was just by a phone call to the person who installed it.

Contact customer support. You should not be calling the installer for disconnection in the first place.
