I entered the courtroom with my hands cuffed
People stared at me with mocking eyes
I've been accused for a crime... DECEPTION
I stood before them as I searched for you

You were standing with the crowd
Yet I can sense you are not with them
You stared back at me but I looked away
The judge called my name, I testified

It was a sin to look into your eyes
When all i can see is your affection
Your longing and need to be with me
Bewitching me every time I stare

It was a sin to hear your voice
When all I can hear is "I love you"
Saying I mean all of the world to you
Enchanting me with those sweet words

It was a sin to feel your heartbeat
When all I can sense is that it beats only for me
Confessing, I am all that you want and nothing else
Confusing my feelings, my mind

It was a sin to claim that I am yours
When all along I belong to somebody else
Taking me away from him
Convincing me to give up on him

I have sinned
I loved you
I betrayed him
That's the truth

Judgment day has come
The verdict had been passed
Plead? Guilty
I am a sinner and loving you is my sin
