Good day--

6. Based on my research,
First, it is still a big mystery to many physiologists and doctors as to what is the real cause of stomach cramps. The experts have theorized that the common side stitch is caused by the exertion that running and bouncing forces inside the abdominal walls. Basically, your stomach and other organs - like the spleen and liver - bump into each other as your feet jar the ground causing connective tissue to stretch on the nerves and cause pain. This connective tissue is also attached to your diaphragm which helps with breathing. This pain is usually on the right side and just under the ribs. Exercise like horseback riding, running, and sit-ups are common causes of the side stitch.
Ways to Prevent or Lessen the Pain of the Common Side Stitch:
1. Do not Run on a Full Stomach
2. Decrease Pace and Breath Deeply
3. Pre-Stretch With Side Torso Twists
4. Perform Lower Back and Abdominal Exercises

Nadagdagan knowledge ko dahil sa tanong mo haha!

Andaming tanong 😂 Nawindang ang kagigising ko lang na utak.

1. I dont think ovalteenies can enhance memory or retention. Ang alam ko pwede syang energizer. Good for bones and fight stress pwede pa. While reviewing naman,

Protein — meat, fish, eggs, poultry, legumes, nuts and seeds, dried beans and lentils, dairy products and soy products. Protein helps your brain send messages to the rest of your body, and helps create brain chemicals that improve your mood.
  • Antioxidants — fruits and veggies, including berries, and pomegranate juice. Antioxidants can help delay or even prevent certain effects of aging on the brain.
  • Omega-3 — oily fish, flax seeds and flax oil, and eggs, chicken and beef. Omega-3s have been found to help your brain work harder and improve your mental health.
  • Dietary cholesterol — dairy and egg yolks. Your brain relies on cholesterol to create the cells that send messages to the rest of the body.
  • Monounsaturated fats — avocados, nuts, olive oil, canola oil and peanut oil. Monounsaturated fats can improve your memory and help your brain work harder, better, faster, stronger.
  • Caffeine (moderate amounts) — tea, coffee and dark chocolate. In small doses, caffeine can help you feel refreshed and more focused.
  • Water. Your brain is 73% water, and water is vital to keeping your body (and brain) in tip-top shape.
2. Ouch, same tayo. Can't travel without earphone, nakakamatay ang boredom haha! I recommend na bumili ka na. Di naman sure na sale nga sa december, more on marketing strat lang ang sale kuno :p

3. ISTP :)

4. Water is the best!

5. Sprite+gsm blue+pomelo juice (Ladies drink)

6. Kailangan talaga detailed? HAHAHA! Alam ko lang pag sumakit na yun, sign yun na pagod ka na. Yan na limitation mo. Balikan ko to later.

7. Restwell!

ano current headphone mo ngayun? suggestion for me na most likely available sa market ngayun? (mas gusto ko clear yung lows and mids, then hindi common or jeje design hahah)

yung #5, natikman ko na pero gin bilog version hahaha, yung pina.apuyan, pero yea i think mas decent yung gsm blue compared sa gin bilog hahaha.

1. ONN earphone ko. Maganda sya. 3 years na pero maganda pa din sounds. I suggest ONN or skullcandy.

3. Responsive to demands :D

4. Wala e. Not a hiking person.
