High in both means something wrong in your body.
Increase in wbc means may infection ka, need mo antibiotics kung papabayaan mo untreated yan, can lead to sepsis and death.
High in hgb depende sa taas kung mataas talaga, polycythemia na yan at ang ginagawa jan blood extraction or phlebotomy para mabawasan.
Best advice is magpacheck-up ka.
