❓ Help Problems

Yesterday I opened my PC and open my chrome browser... And the problem appear.. it's not opening the chrome browser( I used windows 7 actually and I know that it's nearly ending on 2020) but I didn't know that it will have problems in browser..) I have lots of important bookmarks there and also passwords that I don't remember.. ( I just get used to a 1 click login) and now I want to upgrade my PC to windows to 8 or 10 if it can (my PC is a MSI board and i3 only) and how can upgrade it not loosing any files?? To those masters can you please help me.. any tips on how to?? I really really appreciate it thanks in advance
