🔒 Closed Windows 7 login like SAFE MODE display but it is not Safe Mode actually.

It is normal login for Windows 7 pero bakit para siyang SAFE MODE display?

Any suggestion to troubleshoot this login issue.

go to msconfig. under boot tab make sure safe mode is checked

Bos.. hindi yung safe mode talaga. Issue kasi kapag naka-login sa normal user sa windows ay para siyang safe mode like.

i got it now. do you have another local account aside from your admin?

if not, try to check themes service is running, make sure its set to automatic, then restart pc
