❓ Help gsave deactivate existing account?

hindi ko po mabuksan ang gsave ko ngayon sa gcash....nag note po yung cimb na meron napo akong dating account kaso nagbago napo kc ako ng gcash account...yun kasing dati ko wala napo....help naman po sa nakakaalam kung paano madeactivate yung lumang account po
