Imposible talaga yan dahil P2P ang torrent iba iba ang IP na pinag dodownloadan nyan. Perhaps DNS is the key, may mga DNS servers na naka block ang mga torrent at p*rn sites.

-kapag may DNS naman is within network domain
-within domain is may sites na naka-block with its policies

kaya.. iyak talaga pero may ginagawang solutions diyan we we'll never know

Then you should know at least the limitations beforehand.

How about creating an outbound rule where you allow only specified ports, eg 80, 443, 587, 993 and nothing else and block all inbound, for starter?

Yung screen shot mo hindi ipinkita kung ano posible gawin sa outbound.

hindi talaga na bloblock kahit iset oa sa router or modem, splitters. only firewall can block incoming and outgoing connections. software firewalls dont work because they dont have control over ports. only a hardware firewalls can, have you heard of sophos. ?
