Imposible talaga yan dahil P2P ang torrent iba iba ang IP na pinag dodownloadan nyan. Perhaps DNS is the key, may mga DNS servers na naka block ang mga torrent at p*rn sites.
-ibat-ibang sites kaya different IP's din naman
-kapag may DNS naman is within network domain
-within domain is may sites na naka-block with its policies

kaya.. iyak talaga pero may ginagawang solutions diyan we we'll never know :unsure:
 
I am good at configuration of many computer devices but this issue is on my friend @ Pinas.

Maybe you know and can help him for more.
Then you should know at least the limitations beforehand.

How about creating an outbound rule where you allow only specified ports, eg 80, 443, 587, 993 and nothing else and block all inbound, for starter?

Yung screen shot mo hindi ipinkita kung ano posible gawin sa outbound.
