👨‍🏫 Tutorial Established Member only feature: Thread owner / Thread starter permissions

Additional permissions for thread owner / starter:

• Lock / Unlock your thread
• Move your thread
• Manage thread Reply bans
• Delete other users' posts

A "thread reply ban" will ban a particular user from your thread.
Moderators can still view or undo posts removed from other users in your thread.

pag naglolock thread... siguro dapat nakaauto refresh para makita yung action na naglock nga yung thread...

Considered as violation kapag nag re-open kayo ng thread na nasara ng Staff unless may valid reason kayo para mag re-open ulit ng thread.
