Hi mga Idol, need lang help

Di ko kasi sure if virus tong naginstall sa laptop, wierd lang kasi everytime na inoopen ko to, may nagstart up na software not sure kung ano, di ko din naman macheck since after 3 to 5 sec mawawala sya. And the weird thing is nagrerequest na iopen yung camera. Then sinubukan kong iturn off yung camera nung device, now nagloloko na yung keyboard for C ( di na gumana) and V (everytime na I hit V, nagoopen up yung camera)

Sana may makasolve. Salamat.

If wala naman importante sa laptop mo recommend ko na i fartory reset mo nayan tyaka sabihin mo kung ano yung application na inins mo
