First time ko po gumawa ng digital ocean account. Nag cash in pa talaga ako para magka 5 dollar yung paypal account tapos after ng billing which is nabawas na yung 5 dollar sa paypal ko. Bigla nalang your account is lock lumabas. 
Mabawi ko malang yung pera ko. Lakas pa ng paypal maningil ng transaction fee. I am now getting doubts on the security of online transactions. This online bankings are big scammers and thieves
