complete uninstall po. force remove all office products. restart pc. re run set up.

Ok na nag iinstall nako. May mga inayos lang ako nanood ako sa youtube ung sa windows update, etc.

Iobit uninstaller or reset mo ang pc... Either jan sa dalawa mag work yan ulit.

@ boszken, i-unistall mo nalang ulit yang MS Office 2016 & use mo updated MS Office 2019 compuable only sa Windows 10
Note: sa pag -uninstall ng MS Office don't use any Uninstall software use mo yung sariling app ng MSOffice uninstaller (.cab file yun)

kapag ginamit mo yung Iobit uninstaller may matitira parin na files & then next installation mo ng MS Ofice 2016 or 2019 mag eeror yan.
