🔒 Closed GPP Iphone can't receive texts and calls and Cellular Data not working

Hello! Can someone tell me what to do. I have a GPP iphone 6. TM LTE Locked siya. Merong signal and gumagana yung sim pero hindi nakakareceive ng texts and kapag tinatawagan, cannot be reached palagi. Hindi rin gumagana yung cellular data niya. Thanks
