it's nice to belong to Vigan..

I've only been to Vigan once. Like maybe a decade ago. Nung time na yun, I overheard one of the guys in my tour group say, "Sayang nga lang parang napabayaan na tong Vigan."

Kamusta na dyan? I hope mine-maintain ng local gov ng maayos yung city. It would be such a waste kung masisira lang yung heritage natin ... much like what is happening to a lot of other "wonders" and tourist attractions dito sa Pinas.
