question po guys. help nyo naman ako.
yung lumang laptop ko po kasi nag ganito:

BlinitializeLibrary failed 0xc00000bb

pag inoopen ko. bios na lang po ang pwede ko iopen.
tnry ko ireformat pero pag binu-boot ko na sa USB nag eerror ng ganyan po.

issue po kaya yan sa HDD ko? Palitin na po ba?

Subukan mo disable Secure Boot sa BIOS.

0. Boot order = i-set mo yung USB bootable as priority
1. Secure boot = Disable
2. Legacy boot= Enable
