Hello, hingi po sana ako ng help about unblocking smart sim or kahit na mapasa man lang yung promo ng blocked sim sa other sim.
May 7GB pa kasi ako dun sa nablock na sim.

First, you can unblock you simcard if you're lucky thru calling their hotline and report for having no data connection.
Second, its impossible to transfer promo BUT if that data is shareable? you can transfer that thru PASADATA # <amount> to 808.
