Mga ka Phc papatulong sana ako kung ano ba dapat gawin dito sa pldt namin, Kasi naka plan kami ng 25 mbps, Nung september 6, Bigla bigla nalang nawalan ng connection (bali nakailaw yung LOS ng red light, And walang ilaw yun PON, Tapos wala rin kaming dial tone) pambihira hanggang ngayon wala parin pumupunta para ayusin, Nandun na yung nakitawag kami sa kapitbahay para makontak sila, and pumunta mismo sa Pldt customer service, Mag iisang month na wala padin silang aksyon, baka may pwede kayo isuggest
