PHCoins.ph Challenger Series Registration Form
Welcome to the official Coins.ph Challenger Series: Mobile Legends Bang Bang Registration Form!
Kindly read and understand the mechanics and qualifications before you fill out the form.
Tournament Mechanics:
1. Form a team of 5 members and 1 substitute (optional).
2. To qualify, each member must have a Coins.ph account that is ID and Selfie verified (Level 2) and must have a Mobile Legends account with Epic ranking.
3. Register your team by filling up this online registration form.
4. The first 100 qualified, registered teams will receive 500 diamonds (The teams will be notified if they are included).
5. The top 8 teams per qualifier will be featured in the tournament live stream.
6. The final 8 teams from the qualifiers will compete for the PHP 300,000 prize pool at the Grand Finals.
Team Qualifications:
1. Each team must have five (5) members and one (1) substitute only.
2. ALL team members must have a Coins.ph account that is at least ID and Selfie verified (Level 2 verified).
3. Each member must only be part of ONE (1) team.
4. The first 128 qualified, registered teams will participate in each qualifier after the qualifier registration.
5. Only qualified members and substitutes of the team can compete once the team is chosen. Last-minute substitutions are not allowed.

1st Qualifiers (Online) - October 19, 2019
2nd Qualifiers (Online) - October 26, 2019
3rd Qualifiers (Online) - November 2, 2019
4th Qualifiers (Online) - November 9, 2019
Grand Finals - November 23, 2019 at the SM North EDSA Annex
