Hi,
Ask kolang po kung anopo yung payload and setup for FYT (smart). Nag search search narin kase ako and ang bumabawas parin is yung open access kaya nag post nalang ako hehehe.

Please call their hotline if ganyan nangyayari sayo and maybe they can fix it. it's a bug/fault of their system.
