extract mo sa desktop then run mo ung ShadowsocksR-dotnet4.0.exe
and then right click nyo po si shadowsock sa taskbar then import SSR link from clipbord(note: copy nyo muna ung SSR link provide sa taas bago nyo pindotin ito)

then the caret icon besides the shadowsocks R
tap the plus button and..
note: copy nyo muna yung ssr link sa taas
tap Import from clipboard then press OK
then choose the config you added then tap
