Kung medyo malaking porsyento Nyan eh OO ang sagot mo, ung probability mo on having Mental Issues eh medyo malaki.

Dont worry.
HINDI YUN MASAMA.
DI KA MABABALIW.
DI KA MAMAMATAY.
NORMAL YAN..

I am not a homophobe. It's just that may study sa Europe na malaking porsyento ng may mental issue sa mga bansa nila ang member ng LGBTQ... kung baket, I am not sure. Maybe because they've been struggling for quite sometime now kaya ganon? Maybe nabully sila? To be honest I am not sure. Sinali ko lang kasi nga backed up Ng study.

Now. Let me give you some general advised kung BAKET nagexist, PANO AYUSIN, SINO MAKAKATULONG.
Disclaimer: These are only tips. Working with a Health Practitioner is highly recommended.

1. All Mental Disorders are caused by INFLAMMATION. Opo. Pamamaga. Maybe your brain? Your digestive tract? O ung buong system mo?

2. So dahil nga inflammation ung caused, eh di mga anti-inflammatories ung gawin mo. Exercise(15-30min Lang, anything longer than that will cause inflammation). Brisk walk, run, bicycle. Ganyan lang.
Wag OA. Di mo kailangan magGym.

3. Turmeric+Vir gin Coconut Oil OR Turmeric+Fish Oil helps. Mahirap magpaliwanag.

4. Therapy. Ano to?
Sasanayin mo sarili mo ULIT to do those things that Fears you. So basically:
INSERT TAKOT - Do it for 5 mins day 1-7.
INSERT TAKOT - Do it for 10 mins day 8-29.
INSERT TAKOT - Do it for 20 mins day 30-59.
INSERT TAKOT - Do it for 30 mins day 60-100.
(Example lang yan. Ikaw na gumawa ng Pattern mo.)

BASTA GAGAWIN MO YAN ARAW-ARAW!!! SA LOOB NG ATLEAST 3 MONTHS. Kung baga eh SLOWLY mong iaadjust ung sarili mo. WAG MONG BIGLAIN. Masama. Pag binigla mo, Lalo mo lang pahihirapan sarili mo. Mag-papanic ka lang..

5.
Consult a Psychiatrist. Hypochondriac- pakiramdam nila may malala silang sakit...

6. Dont call your "panic attack" as panic attack.
Call it FALSE ALARM.

7.
When you are panicking, instead of fighting it, LET IT CONSUME YOU. HAYAAN MONG LAMUNIN KA NG TAKOT.. HUWAG MONG LABANAN.......Kasi the more na labanan mo, the longer it will happen. Pero subukan mong hayaan, mabilis syang mawawala. Mga experts na nagsabi neto.

TAPOS LET THE TIME PASSED BY. Kung gagawin mo to, YOU ARE GIVING YOUR BRAIN AN IDEA NA MAY MALI SA LUGAR NATO KAYA EVERYTIME NA PUPUNTA KA SA LUGAR NA UN AY MAGPAPANIC KA. Pero Kung magstay ka lang, Tapos hinayaan mo ung panic mo to consume you then natapos ung attack, Your brain will think na "AHHHHHHH, WALA NAMN PALA PROBLEMA.. O.A. LANG AKO"..

9. Try to have some outlet. Kailangan. The more you sperate yourselves from the other, the more ka lulubog sa kalungkutan mo. Makipagusap ka sa kahit kanino. Kahit ung least fav mo na tao. Kahit 10 mins a day lang.... Kahit ibang topic pagusapan nyo. Basta, YOU NEED DIVERSION. Kahit Sino, BASTA TAO!! Kailangan mo ng PHYSICAL CONNECTION..

10. Malaking tulong ang faith.
Sa Diyos.

Sa Sarili mo.
At sa mga Tao sa PALIGID mo.
Madami tong natibag na pader. Matitibag mo din ung sayo.

Remember:

Hello. I appreciate your effort to share your knowledge here regarding mental disorder. But I disagree on some points. As a Psychology graduate and currently reviewing for board examination, I would like to share also and give clarifications on certain statements na nakalagay rito sa iyong thread to enlighten everyone. All information na mababanggit ko rito are based on Diagnostic and Statistical Manual for Mental Disorders 😊

1. "All Mental disorders are caused by inflammation."
Definitely not true. Mental disorders are either biologically caused (genetic/brain dysfunction/abnormal levels of neurotransmitters sa utak) or psychologically caused (stressful life events, childhood trauma, etc) or BOTH.

2. Treatments for mental disorders could be through medications such as anti-depressants, SSRIs; and therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Behavioral Therapy.

This can be administered sa mga taong may Specific Phobia.

However, not all mental disorders are treatable at curable. Best examples ay Schizophrenia at Dissociative Identity Disorder.

3. Yeah. sorry nagbigay lang ako ng general term. its just that when dealing with "phobias" or "disorder" (hence the title of the thread), we are using CBT and Dissensitation.

I think i never used the word cure here. I am well aware that it is not curable in the first place. Tho it can be very managable.
