pwede po ba ako kumuha ng sss id kahit wala akong trabaho at tin # ? student lang ako pero gusto ko kumuha pa ng valid id bukod sa driver license at voters id .
kung pwede kumuha nun paguide ako hindi ko kasi magets ung procedure sa pagkuha.
