ok. Maybe she is just tired and needs some vitamins and ferrous sulfate. She gave birth only 10 months ago so her body has not yet fully recovered. Kahit regular ang mens nya it's totally impossible that it is ALWAYS exacto 1 month... nowhere in the world this can happen

Regarding the pillls: there are many different kinds with different hormones dosages so if she feels dizzy with one kind, she needs to try another dosage (maybe the one she took was too strong for her). Also an IUD (Internal Uterin Device) is a very good contraceptive.

In any case it's better pa to use c0nd 0ms than withdrawal method which is far to be 100% sure

11mons ago na po nung pinanganak ung una. btw po maraming slmt sa payo . sbhan ko po sya mag take ng vitamins. stress din kasi sya sa work at malayo pa hinabyahe nya.
