Question on gosurf's free spotify

I am subscribed to the GoSurf 299 plan.

According to Globe, it's 700MB of data with Spotify Premium and 1GB allocation for Spotify.

I've been tracking my data usage ever since I've subscribed to this plan. Right now, I am at around 650MB. BUT, that includes 117MB used for Spotify.

Should I deduct the 117MB to get the actual usage that Globe is charging me? Does that mean that even though total usage shows 650MB I am actually still at 533MB?

I hope my explanation was not confusing.
