🔒 Closed DTI Complaint - Mediation

Hello po.
Ask ko lang if may idea kayo ano ginagawa sa Mediation?
Nag file po kasi ako complaint sa isang Authorized Service Center ng Huawei Philippines and sa Sept. 24 po ang Mediation namin.
Anything I need to bring or what?

Purpose ng mediation is to come up with an amicable settlement to both parties, kung baga win-win both sides. Mag.uusap lng kago nyan then if walang settlement ma.elevate yung complaint nyo to adjudication. Dyan si DTI na mismo ang ang magdedecide ng complaint mo.

Pag uusapan po ninyu yung settlement or both two parties involved ay mag uusap to resolve the problem with a presence of a mediator.
