nawalan signal ang smart ko nablock na kaya to dahil sa no load ehi? nag chat din ako sa smart sabi detected cybercrime act. ma unblock pa kaya to?

yes it is blocked and as for unblocking it? two ways
1. call their hotline and report the issue.
2. use LTE upgrade sim card (10 pesos) but has 30% unblocking rate
