Try mo paps mag training sa PNTC 6 months training nga lang pero sure na makaka pag abroad ka sipag at tyaga lang talaga

i am an HR assistant / encoder ng mga CVs dito sa abroad. paminsan nakikita ko mga CVs ng mga kababayan. when you check for example kabayan na Manager na ngayon they started from the bottom like machine shop technician sa pinas (real story) and they have like 20-30years of working experience before naging manager. just a cent of advise, every career starts at the bottom it's up to you to move forward. skills at tiyaga lang makakarating ka din sa dream job mo.

hayss kakapagud ganito pala ang realworld
hello guys I'm 4years graduate marketing management po natapos ko.

advice naman guys 😢

ngayon ko napansin kapag wala kang backer. wala kang magandang trabaho lalo na sa probinsiya at kung wala kang civil service at backer nga-nga talaga labas mo.

San ka po ba located?

Bigyan kita tips ts. Dapat maganda resumé mo kasi jan nag stastart yung first impression ng interviewer or hr sayo. New styles and layouts are a big plus too lalo na sa mga fresh grad kasi nakikita nila na creative ka. During interview naman chillax lang wag mag isip masyado ng kung ano ano para iwas kaba. And lastly, speak in english as much as possible pero pag di naman masyado kaya, taglish konti wont hurt your convo with the interviewer.
