PHI'm living in Angeles City, Pampanga. I built my first micro-computer in 1976, and have been upgrading ever since. I have Globe DSL, which usually works OK, but when there is a problem it is a nightmare to get fixed, because I can't get past the customer "service" agents, who find every reason imaginable not to put in a trouble ticket. When that happens I use a Smart Pocket Wi-Fi. That's what I'm using now, because my Globe DSL modem is broken and they won't fix it.

Thanks to help and advice from forum members, I cancelled my non-working Globe home broadband, and bought a Huawei E5372 4G LTE modem, and a Smart LTE SIM. It works great, and I am so happy with it. At first I was only getting 5 bars of 3G from my front window, but, when I moved it to my side window, I suddenly got 4 bars of 4G. This is the fastest internet I've ever had.
