🔒 Closed Why only certain vps IP work ?

Hi,excuse me.I am newbie at here and i hope i can get explanation regarding my situation.And i am sorry,i can only use english at here.

So let's me describe my situation.

My main objective is i wan to know the reasonable explanation on :

Why only some IP work ?

Vulnerability : Youtube quota (surf anything using this quota).

Method i use : SSH Stunnel (SNI).
Setup SSH,setup stunnel 4,using youtube.com as SNI.

Situation :
-At first i try using public free ssh ssl provider at a few website.I do it manually,create account and test it using http injector,one by one.And the result : ALL of them not work.
-Second,i try to use Google Cloud Vps.And the magic happen at here.The result i get,i can bypass youtube quota BUT,only some ip work,and some ip did not work.
-Third,i try use Vül†r.But sadly,after creating and deleting vps for finding ip that work,i cannot find the ip that work to bypass.

Make it short : Public SSH provider ALL of them not work,Vül†r also not work(maybe i need more time to find the working ip) and Google Cloud,some work and some not,but most ip from gc is work.

So,i just feel i wan to know the reason about this.Is my ISP block the public ip ? I need some explanation on this situation.Maybe i can get some idea to improve.

Holys1th ! It seem i need to manually find out which ip that can be work to bypass.For now,is only ip from gc that can bypass my provider.But...gc is not the best vps provider for me because the rate can up drastically.

have you use some other VPN.
like the ρáíd ones.. mostly these are robust in bypassing.. (sometimes blocked as well).. but it's good a try though.

by the way.. it seems the problem centered on youtube usage ??
do you have any other site which can be access without qouta.. we can use those site as host in some vpn/http injector.. thus bypassing any internet constraint(not just youtube qouta), but unli open access to the net.

Most of isp in my country offer us a huge amount of quota in youtube,facebook,twitter and instagram.And of course,i can access to their portal site even with zero balance/quota.But for now,i can only bypass youtube quota using SSH Stunnel.I already tried setup http squid proxy and using SSH HTTP method,but not avail.Already find out the bug that give status 200 ok in checker.

When i use CONNECT it give me 200 connection establish,but unfortunately is not working.
When i use GET back inject it give me Connection Lost Protocol Mismatch
When i use GET front inject it give me 403 (Forbidden)

Maybe the bug is not working,maybe the squid configuration is not correct or maybe the ip is already blacklisted.Hmm...at the current time,i will dig the tutorial section at this forum to find solution or idea about this problem.(I am sorry,still newbie,need more knowledge to explore)

The one vpn that work for me is Pshipon.I can bypass facebook quota using this vpn.But unfortunately,it same.Only a certain ip is working and thanks to some idiot who publish it at youtube,the pshipon is not working for now.

The ρáíd one huh....Actually i am totally newbie when making custom config for ovpn.But i will try to find out some vpn provider who already give plug and play http header request function like pshipon.

When i use CONNECT it give me 200 connection establish,but unfortunately is not working.

this one your talking about has more potential.. maybe there's a chance in the remote proxy.
or try no remote proxy.. sometimes the problem will be solved there.

yeah psiphon too is promising.. that is my backup if my other servers fail.
here's a suggestion.. if you try psiphon and you will be able to connect.. you can try sniff its packets.. maybe that's the secret host on how can you bypass your ISP
