❓ Help Please po patulong dito mga ka-phc

May isa po akong tanong ulit about accounting mga ma'am/sir, kailangan na kailangan lang po huhu di ko rin po mahanap mga example online eh..

Pano po kapag ganto yung problem:
Maria borrowed 520k from her father, issuing a personal promissory note. She invested this money in the business.

Debit po ba ay cash na 520k? Pano po yung personal promissory note? Huhu tapos ininvest pa po niya sa business :(

Sana po may makasagot T.T
 
Hindi ko na ito kabisado pero I may try.
I think yun 520k papasok siya as debit for assets assuming cash, yun promisorry note naman ay sa account liabilities as notes payable, then yun investment ay diyan naman mag start yun other transactions like capital assets and other expenses kung ano yun mga payable accounts as credit acct liabilities like equipments and others stuff to perform the business. And yun mga pumasok naman na benta ay papasok sa accounts receivable as debit and I think much better kung may organized na kanya kanyang entries.

Yung 520k cash recorded as Cash (Assets)
Promissory note recorded as Payables (liabilities)
investment recorded as Capital

May subsequent entries po yan (journal entries) pag record para balance yung basic accounting equation mo na Asset=Liabilities+Capital

Thank you po mga boss huhu nalilito lang po talaga ako kung pano ko siya irrecord sa journal kasi tatlong transaction tapos dalawang credit :( hindi magiging balanced huhu

Capital is recorded according to market value (less accumulated depreciation).

Hehehehe maraming salamat po talaga :((( hindi po kasi samin tinuturo yung depreciation depreciation na yan.. :( nakailang search na rin po ako sa youtube at google wala pa rin huhuhu tapos once a week lang magturo prof namin po.. sobrang thank you po 😭

Mas gusto ko yung costing (cost accounting)
kaysa acctg. 1 - 3... boring kasi

wag ka sa youtube mag search... sa google ka at maraming lessons dun
