6tbs milk (pinoy tayo so alaska or bearbrand)
2pcs banana.
2 eggs
Add water
Then blender nyo lang.
Drink daily.
Lasa ? Ang pinaka nalalasahan lang is gatas and saging.
Add ka nalang ng ibang food na trip mo. Kung ayaw mong saging gawin mong mangga or avocado.
Remember we do not eat for taste we eat for purpose.
Ps: timbang ka muna bago mo to itry then mag timbang ka ulit after a week magugulat ka sa timbang na idadagdag sayo
