Update sir hanggang ganito ko lang na quality ang result na nakuha ko kasi sa limited resolution 32X32 pixels kaya mbaba ng quality i used photoshop para sumakto sa bg color and saved as bmp file
edit:di kasi supported ng bitmap file yung croping kaya fullimage lang

ibig mo bang sabihin yung nasa 2nd pic hindi naka full kasi kita yung white background na may border na shadow?

First pick your picture either it's png or jpeg
Second is crop the background to transparent using photoshop
Third search icoconverter.com upload your picture
fourth convert then download
Boom may ico file ka na
