mga expert help naman po. laging "fatal error" message ni putty s kin pag open ko, naka connect naman sa wifi yung laptop. windows 7 os. may way po ba to fix it? magpalit sana ako ng IMEI, naka redlight kasi yung led ng nasa gitna (di ko alam tawag dun) ng Power Led at Wifi Led.

help please....
