PHAng ganda naman ng paliwanag sa 1st post... pero mali lahat ng paliwanag, unang una ay ano ba ang kahulugan ng salitang Revelation o Apocalypse - means the revealing of divine mysteries. So start from there, meaning - revealing all things to come (future) and not things have already done (history)....

Clarification lang... The world Revelation means simply REVELATIONS ... Consist un ng PAST, PRESENT, FUTURE...
Ung mga Early Christians may idea sa IBANG nakasulat sa Revelation (such as the 7 churches) kasi TIME nila un... Ung antichrist kilala din nila kasi sa panahon nila un. Si nero... So basically PAST na natin un..

Nabasa ko na po ang Bible... at yun ang isang natutunan ko, at dito ko nakita sa forum yung maling paliwanag ng book of revelation, mahirap ng maligaw sa turo o paliwanag ng ibang tao, kaya share ko lang sa inyo mga readers na nakabasa ng forum na ito... wala pong PAST, PRESENT sa Revelation ang lahat po na nakasulat dito ay phophesy na ipinahayag kay Juan, at pinasulat sa kaniya. Clearly stated on Verse 19 to write down all of these events to come ....

and he sent and signified by his angel - The angel that was sent by God to John
come to pass - things to occur or to happen ( things to come and not yet happened or occurred )
even all things that he saw - he describes what he saw about Jesus Christ (testimony of things he saw with Jesus Christ)
-Do not go out of context and you will not lose the message of God, just read it like a story book - the meaning is there if you can read it. remember that this book is sealed to those who are not likely to understand it.

Pakipaliwanag po bakit naging past ang book of Revelation?... Dahil ba matagal ng sinulat ang aklat na ito kaya PAST and PRESENT ang kahulugan?... o nag based ka lang sa PAST events? tapos kinuha mo isa isa ang talata at inilapat sa events na yun?... if so hindi na ito matatawag na book of Revelation kasi nangyari na pala itong lahat...
Mahirap ba unawain sinemplehan ko na nga, na past, present and future events yan ibig sabihin continuos and progressive na kaganapan yan dahil ang panahon nga ay lumilipas, ang present ay nagiging past at ang future nga ay nagiging present or mayroong progression.
Revelation nga ay revealing of events that had happened from the time it was written, and revealing of events that is happening and of events that is about to come.
Kaya mahalagang maunawaan at mainterpret yan ng maayos para malaman natin ang ating kapanahunan sa kasalukuyan at kung hindi baka magulat na lang tayo at matulad tayo sa mga nangakatulog na.
Ahh ok salamat sa point of view mo at sa kung kanino mo natutunan yan... sa akin ay logical context lang naman, wala pa kasi akong nababalitaan sa buong mundo na nangyari na itong nakasulat. Maliban nalang after 1000 years, lahat ng ito ay magaganap.
Ikaw kanino mo po natutunan yan? At kailan nagsimula bilangin ang 1000 years na yan, paki paliwanag naman ng point of view nyo, salamat.
helo po... Gaya po ng sinabi ko sa una pa ng discussion, ang book of revelation ay hindi pa nangyayari, warning ito sa atin ng mga panahon na darating, kaya ipinasulat ito ... hindi pa po nagsisimula ang 1000 years na paghahari ni Kristo Hesus dito sa lupa...
Magbasa tayo ng Bibliya at maliliwanagan po tayo, humingi tayo ng tulong sa santong espiritu na buksan ang ating kaisipan... Share ko lang itong talata para na rin sa mga nagbabasa.

( ang sabi dun sa mga yellow letters " and read" not interpret..kasi may sariling interpretation ang bibliya ) kaya nga no wonder maraming naliligaw sa kanyang 2x paliwanag dahil sa maling kahulugan, kung magbabasa lang tayo at hanapin o saliksikin makikita mo ang kahulugan ng mga talinhagang nakasulat sa bibliya... - blue highlights letters says (complete - no one of these shall fail....)
sa 2Peter 1:20 - Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. ( Ito po ang nakasulat na dapat nating malaman, at huwag po tayong hihigit sa nakasulat.)
for example :
Philippians 3:2 - Beware of dogs, beware of evil workers, beware of the concision.
Sino po ang tinutukoy na dogs?
ang sagot ay nasa isaiah 56:11 ....
Kayo na po ang bahalang magsuri, kung totoo ba o hindi ang mga ito.
Can you agree, na ang sanlibong taon na yan ng paghahari ni Kristo ay sa langit nga magaganap sa trono ng Diyos at di sya bababa sa lupa nyan kundi susunduin nya ang mga makakasama sa rapture in the clouds of heaven, sa first resurrection nga, so literal na hindi sa lupa yan makikita kundi sa throne of god in heaven ang kaharian na yan.
Kaya tinanong kita kung may ideya ka kailan naganap o kung kailan nga magaganap yang 1000 year reign na yan, kasi kung sasabihin mong sa hinaharap pa yan, di ba parang tulog ka rin pala in spirit ngayon sa lagay na yan.
Kaya nga ibinigay ang revelation para malaman natin ang mga kapanahunan at dyan ibinunyag na nga ang mga hula at ipinaliwanag na sa revelation, sabi nyo read it, pero bat parang di kayo nagbabasa at walang kamuwang muwang sa mga events na narevealed na 2000 years ago pa.
